Does anyone else purposely not log any exercise they do during the day and keep under their calorie goal?

I have MFP set to sedentary, and I only add in calories for purposeful exercises. Some days (like today), I'm on my feet walking around, carrying things, and generally not sitting. Consequently, I was hungry and am ~250 calories over my daily goal, but I know I realistically burned those off today, and I'm not stressing it. I've thought of getting a fitbit or the like to keep track of general movement, but haven't really prioritized it yet.0

I think you can manipulate the settings to not add back in exercise calories. I log exercises most of the time and just ignore the additional calories it gives me which I know it overestimates.0

Or change the calories burned to 1 when you put in the entry. Someone was mentioning that they had seen a way for it not to add exercise calories back under your goals, but it doesn't appear to be an option for everyone yet.0
