Roughly 3-4 days of heavy lifting, and I do about 15 additional minutes of HIIT on a couple of those days. I also make sure to get in 10,000 steps per day from my daily activities.0

All of them! I go to the gym 3 days a week. Arms, legs, core. I run twice a week and do an exercise dvd every day. At the moment I alternate between Carmen Electra's fit to strip dvd and The surfer girl dvd (a cheapie but awesome one I picked up at a garage sale)0

The gym I use is limited to a smith machine and some free weights and a lat pulldown machine. I try to weight train at least 3 times a week focusing on one body part per session (lower body, chest or back). I run 1 mile to warm up my body. I also try to run a 5k each week for cardio and every Saturday I go to a bigger gym where I do 2 hours of cardio classes. I will probably replace the 5k with some speed interval training to help build up my stamina and endurance in running. Or add another day of cardio depending on how my body is feeling. I need to change my focus to include more abs though. I'm feeling rather "pouchy" in the stomach area so want to focus on the ab muscles again to help strengthen them.0

2 days of Taekwondo - 90 minutes each
1 day of running - 30 minutes
I am on a 6 week countdown.
