How to count goldfish in MFP diary?

I'm trying to figure out how to count goldfish into my diary (not the crackers), I have about 3.8oz worth of goldfish I weighed out. I boiled them (they cooked quickly since they were so small!) and simply added a little salt and pepper before weighing them.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Yep! The little rascals were hard to grab, but once I had them out flopping around on the table it was all kosher from there -- just had to wait it out. Finally I was able to clean 'em up, remove the bones, you know?
If you need any recipes PM me, lemon is great for fish.0 -
haha damn, how do they taste? only fish i've tried are sardines, tuna, and tilapia.. i think
edit: oh and mackerel....smelly muthaphuckas0 -
I'm calling Bullsh*t. Who eats their own pets FFS
You're not going to find goldfish in the data base because NO ONE eats goldfish0 -
Here I thought u were posting bout goldfish crackers. Now seems to me actual goldfish make 0 sense to eat since they are pretty expensive given the size compared to like tilapia...so this must be the weirdest joke ever....0

Man at a couple bucks a fish, that's an expensive snack. And boning them must be a *kitten*.0

The MFP database has lots of entry for carp, which is a close relative to goldfish, including USDA-based entries for fish - carp, raw (always better to weigh raw, IMO) and fish - carp, cooked, dry heat. I don't see one for fish - carp, boiled (who boils fish?); I think I would use the "raw" entry -- seems like boiled weight would be closer to raw weight than baked weight.
Did you use tweezers to fillet them?
