    Oh dear. Nothing worse. Maybe you should put MFP down and try. Or maybe make a hot drink - milk is good for helping you sleep apparently. I don't like hot milk though.

    I suffered with the 2.00am problem yesterday but last night slept like a baby. It 7.19 here in the UK and the sun is shining. Off to the seaside today with my husband, daughter and grandson. That should be fun. Might even go for fish and chips - who goes to the seaside and doesn't have fish and chips? I've been to Florida once in 1992 - Disney of course. Have you ever been to the UK?
