Hello Everyone!

So I am trying to learn how to eat healthier... the thing is I am trying to learn how to balance my vegetables with other foods.
Only a daily average what should be the percentage of vegetables/fruits I should be eating?

I need to be consuming around 1,700-1,800 because I am doing the Insanity workout, or else I am a walking zombie just wanting to sleep. So I need some healthy, calorie and FILLING options. Please help me!
