Hi can anyone advise me , I've recently started to excercise doing between an hour and an hour and a half a day
Ive also totally upped my water intake drinking between 8 and 10 cups a day I was very poor at drinking water before water be..eating healthy which I do anyway
My weight is always consistent and stays the same give a pound ...however this week it rose by three pounds which has totally shocked me I'm surprised as I've been so active !
Nothing else has changed other than excersice and water intake could this be it ..?
I'm not really looking to lose weight just be healthy ..however I certainly wasn't looking to put it on
Any ideas anyone ?
