Yeah your math doesn't add up. There's no way you can put 12 oz of ingredients and end up with 17 oz of food! And 17 servings out of 2 bananas? Sorry but that's just very confusing.

MFP added up the ingredients as I posted above. After mixing everything together I weighed the entire mixture= 17 oz. total at 677 calories..... Per ounce mixture= 39 calories. As I said, depends on the size of your bananas. I used (2) 7 inch bananas, as per MFP data base= (2) 7 inch medium bananas. I did not weigh the bananas, I used MFP's calorie total for them. You can make your serving size whatever you like....1 oz (about a 1/4 cup, 2 oz, (about a 1/2 cup).....39-40 calories/ oz.
