Hello

I have been dieting for a couple of years and have lost nearly 50lbs.. I am about 14/18 lbs away from my goal weight.

My body has changed a lot, my problem areas are:

My belly is slightly saggy
The top of my arms
My love handles

I currently use the Elliptical trainer several times and week and have started to walk regularly.

Could anyone suggest other training i could do?

Many thanks

Claire

Weight lifting, and eating at a deficit.

To be fair though, if you have loose skin like I do, it's just not going to go away unless you have surgery or you're young enough that your skin will bounce back.

Lifting, eating enough protein, supplementing with skin vitamins like vit C. Have you tried a collagen drink? Massage. Using oils on your skin like grapeseed, add a favorite oil in with your lotion. HIIT training and lifting definitely. Long cardio sessions would probably not be helpful to your skin. Get some good nutrition--make green protein smoothies.
