I want to lose weight, I have to lose weight for my health.. But when I feel stressed, I eat / binge on chocolate. Today I have eaten shite, and now feel guilty. My BMI Is classed as obese and I hate the way I look and feel. I am logging everything I eat and am way over my calorie count.. Any nice advise please?!

    Whatever you do, don't stop logging. There are very few (if any) who haven't had days like this. The successful ones brush it off and try to do better the very next meal.

    Stress eating is common, and it's tough to kick. Try walking around the block when you feel like doing it. It may not always work, but it does help to start forming the new habit.
