Great article on PMS and cravings

Just wanted to share. I have been having crazy cravings and was very discouraged because I couldn't seem to get a handle on them the last few days. I am ovulating so looked up things to see if maybe it was cycle related. Found this article and it is really informative. Gave me some things that I think may help and just wanted to pass on in case anyone else was frustrated after weeks of being able to show some commitment to eating better and exercising. Have a great weekend! Oh it did mention "wrong foods" for dieting which I don't agree with per se but the article itself uses it as an understanding of reaching for things we normally would be able to say no to.
