Hello Ladies and Gents,
My name is TJ, and I am on a mission to add a bit more muscle to my frame. Over the last six months I've gained 33 lbs of solid muscle mass, but it isn't enough. Currently I am sitting at 160 lbs, and am aiming for 172 lbs before the end of summer.
I currently hit the gym six days of the week, with sunday as my single rest day. On top of the gym I also run several times a week and take my aggressive inlines out as much as I can. I like being inspired to perspire, and would love to make some friends to help push me along toward my goals.
I am trying to stay inspired to work hard and build on both my strength and endurance. I know that a lot of people use myfitnesspal to lose weight, and I think that is great for every single last one of them. Rock on all you crazy party people.
