Hey there I am Charley and I'm 20 for a few more weeks before I turn 21 next month.
After feeling really un-confident about myself,I wish to lose some weight and take some control back after a few rubbish years.
I'm currently 11stone 4ibs and would like to be at least 10stone then work to go smaller if my body can since I am fairly big-built anyway.
I struggle with eating right because I still live with my parents and they do the cooking,
but they rely on a fat fryer and mostly unhealthy food though we don't have huge portions.
The singer P!nk is one of my inspirations for staying fit.
I plan to run and to do at some of those 7 min workouts through an app on my phone since I have a busy schedule with work & family.
I guess my motivation is to become more active to burn off fat rather than eat healthier since I don't eat a lot and most of the time its reasonably healthy.
