Question about juicing.....I am interested in it and want to learn more on how to add it to my meal plan. Is the juice a meal replacement or apart of a meal? or is it a snack? or do you drink it before or after a workout? I started juicing in the morning as my breakfast but I have a feeling that's not what I am suppose to do b/c I feel like I'm not eating enough. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There's no hard and fast answer for what you're asking.
Don't treat juice as some foreign substance. Thing about everything that's going into your juice...a tomato, an apple, some spinach maybe. What would you do with that? Basically, just crunch the numbers on calories/macros for your juice and plan the rest of your food accordingly.0
