advice?

I am working at UPS loading trailers from 0-70 pounds of boxes and up to 1000 packages a night into the trailer. But after work I am so hungry and during the day I am also feeling unstop hunger. The thing is I don't know what to eat after doing weight lifting an other exercises or through out the day. I am not knowing what I should eat. but I only been drinking water and little lemonade. So I don't know what to do but after the weekend I feel lazy and I felt like I haven't eaten correctly or healthy where I just feel like I am losing the getting back into shape. I feel like I am just turning it all around on me. I weigh 140 and just want to get back into shape and maybe lose weight as lose the fat and gain the muscle. May I have help with what I should eat more often.?

    Options
    snacking on an ounce or two of nuts at work may help. Usually after lifting some protein rich meal or shake is suggested.
