Trying to drop body fat. Advice????

Hey my name is Samara. I'm trying to lose body fat I have an idea on how to but I would also love to have some people who have already done it and can give me some advice if I have any questions also friends and support as always wanted and needed

    I've been on my health trip for like 2 years and I finally came to that conclusion of that being the simplest way for best result...

    Sound like I'm on the right track then... No?

    Less Calorie intake does help, but to change body fat you need muscle. Reduce cardiovascular to 20 minutes daily and strength training up to 30 minutes. It needs to be unbalanced toward muscle development! Soon your body will need to burn more calories everyday to sustain your new muscle! I did it with amazing results, along with many buddies of mine!! Males and woman alike

    Try the paleo diet along with interval training. I lost 40lbs of fat while maintaining the muscle I had. www.whole30.com

    Jman I'll reasersch the nutritional advantages of that diet.

    Marissa I've tried insanity once, I barely lasted 15 minutes lol thats very hard work!
