Motivating songs for running

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for some nice up-beat songs for my iPod while running. Any recommendations?

Usually I like those top 40 songs (tacky right? I know, but they are really motivating, hehe). But I also listen to some beegees song like "shadow dancing".

So what do you listen when you do sport?
