Hey There!
I am currently in fear of hitting my "plateau"
At the gym I'm currently only using circuit machines and then doing cardio on the treadmill and bike but I've been told and warned multiple times that I can't rely on the circuits forever because my body will get used to them.
The gym has awesome cable machines but I have no idea on how to use them. Does anyone have any good resources on exercises or guides to proper use of cable machines?
