For the last 7 months, I have been disabled and have had to use a walker to walk. I am in physical therapy to get back to walking normally, but I am having trouble maintaining my normal weight. I'm no where near as active as I used to be and I am slowly gaining weight. Any tips or encouragement is seriously appreciated!!!!

Hi..even if you are in a wheelchair and use a walker. ..there are some exercises like doing arm lifts using a 1 or 2 lb dumbbell or even use 2 can goods if u don't have dumbbells. Also be mindful of what u r eating. Whoever cooks your food..tell them how to prepare it in a healthy way. May God bless you and be encouraged.0
