When you input the salt details into MFG, the only option is sodium. However u are allowed 6grams of salt (2.3g) sodium. So if for example an item is 1g salt, how much sodium then is this. MFG only tells you your sodium allowance but most foods don't mention sodium but salt??

Its ok worked out, that if it says salt, u convert the grams to milligrames and then x 0.4
