I just wanted to say if you use it you will lose it. Using myfitnesspal by counting calories has really helped me tremendously to lose excess fat.

Yes, you have to be disciplined. Yes, you have to be dedicated. Yes, you have to be determined. However, you can do it!

    Bravo! Before Mfp I always tried to lose just by exercising. I didn't know how to count calories, or the importance of getting enough protein. There are still some days where I'm way over my limits but at least then I can look at the day and see what I really could have done without eating. It really is a helpful tool!
