The past week and a half I've been extremely achey, heart fluttering a bit, muscle tenderness in legs, and constantly thirsty. I drink 120+ oz a day and am STILL parched. I also have a metallic/salty taste in mouth that doesn't go away.
Anyone have some insight?

Totally agree. See a Dr and get those symptoms checked out.

You need to see a doctor, have someone else drive you there. it could be diabetes or low potassium levels.

A week and a half and you haven't thought to go to a doctor?

SEE A DOCTOR! Please update us and let us know what they say. It sounds like it could be serious electrolyte imbalance or even a heart problem and those can be fatal in a second.

You are trying to gain weight too for health reasons you said, could this be a symptom of that? You really should get checked out weight loss and these symptoms can be caused by numerous autoimmune disorders, cancer, overactive thyroid, etc.
