On A Mission

Tried MFP a few years ago to begin eating right. Weighed 278 then. Weighed 271 at my last annual physical March 31. Dr. wasn't happy with Vit D, A1C, and Glucose. I made a decision to change my eating habits and started eating healthier foods and reasonable portions. I've been eating less than 1800 calories per day and have had 19 straight days of weight loss. Weighed 256 this morning. I'm not stopping until my body stops losing weight by eating 1800-2000 calories daily. I hope to reach <190. I bought a Schwinn Airdyne and ride a bike doing 60 seconds of hard sprints with 60 seconds of relaxed pace for exercise. I will soon be integrating weightlifting into my exercise routine. I have chosen a relatively low glycemic load food plan and o really like it, but I've never really craved sweets. I have a very supportive family and friends. I'm glad to be part of the group. Love living in South Louisiana !!!
