Starting now!

I am starting now, not tomorrow, not Monday, NOW!
I have started time after time but is has always been tomorrow or at the start of the week. Every time I fail. Not sure what it is going to take to get it to stick. I at one time lost 40ish lbs but have since put most of it back on. The first time I restricted my diet too much and had an obsession with exercise. Want to take it slow and steady this time so it is maintainable.
Anybody want a support buddy feel free to add me. I could definitely use a few!
