110g Capsicum – Green Bell Pepper ………17………..3…………..0……..1………..2………..0
155g Carrot…………………………………….63………..15………...0……..1……….5………….7
5 cloves Garlic – crushed…………………….25………..5................0……..0………..0………...0
1 tsp Garlic Powder……………………………0………....0………….0……..1…………0……….0
2 tsp Ground Black Pepper………………….10………….3………….0……..0………..1……….0

Total = 6 servings of 250ml…………………70………..13…………0……….3………...4……….7

Chop all of the vegetables and add all the ingredients to the large bowl and mix thoroughly. Blend in batches until smooth. Taste, and adjust seasoning. Refrigerate. Serve with ice cubes per bowl on really hot days.

    yum! i also make gazpacho in the summer! mine is a little different - i use tomatoes, cucumber, tomato juice, onion, garlic, small thin-skinned sweet pepper (peppers don't like me), salt, pepper, vinegar. Throw it all in the food processor and blend. pour over ice cubes and yum
