I'm not trying to discourage you but A LOT of people who try 1200 calories for long periods of time regret it. I've seen many threads on here saying they wished they had eaten more as it may seem fine at the time but they felt overall it has mentally and physically damaged them. Unless you are sat in bed all day and aren't an inch over 4'8 there is no need to have your calories set that low. It's just unnecessary and not an lifestyle that can be easily maintained.0

If you hate the 1200 or it is not for you, you can look into the forum called EM2WL (eat more to weigh less). This is a slower approach to losing weight and maintaining.

I am 101 days into 1200 cals a day and down 30.4lbs. I have not incorporated working out yet. I think you will do great0

Hi alyhugga..well i went to a specialist and thats how much cals. He gave...what do you suggest how long i should do it for if 3 mouth its to much....im new at this so i really would like some help
