Hi -- I"m somewhat new to MyFitnessPal. Yesterday I did gardening/landscaping in my yard for 2.5 hours. A lot of bending, carrying bundles of mulch, etc. While I can find "gardening, general" in the exercise database, I can't seem to add it. When I click on Exercise, it only asks for Cardo or Strength Training; gardening is not listed in either. How to I get "credit" for all that work?
Thanks -- Carolyn

You get estimated Calories burned added to your Food Diary by logging the number of minutes under EXERCISE > Cardiovascular > Add Exercise.
Search for gardening.
Highlight Gardening, general.
Enter estimated number of minutes in the "How Long?" text box.
Click the Add Exercise button.0 -
Thanks. Perhaps I misspelled it when I tried the first time, as nothing came up. However, I've got it now!0
