So i wonder what normal household chores would be exercise wise... i am a push it to the max kind of mother, i have 4 children and never get to sit really. i DON'T pay for a gym membership, they are ridiculous i have 14 stairs in my house a mop scrub brush and well.... 4 kids under 7 (7-6-4-2) and a husband who makes as big a mess as my children
love him! they keep me on my toes, so can anyone tell me how i can measure any of these things? i mop probably 4X a day vacuum at least 10 and I'm up and down the stairs i don't even want to try and count (that i have actually made hard...i squat and stand on my tippy toes hold my "flabbs" and push myself up several times) of course i do have access to the college gym but that's not until july 1st and i have a hard time working out in front of people anyways, i just figured i'd ask to see if anyone had knowledge of these things.
Thank you,
Renee

I think Nike has an upgraded version of the FitBit that calculates your calories burned for the entire day. I'm sure it's not 100% spot on, but it's kind of a neat idea to try out.0
