Hola amigos!
So after a 7 year or so hiatus from lifting, I have decided to get back into it for strength, aesthetics and mobility. If you are in the same boat, let's be friends!
As of 4.2015 I'm currently doing full body lifts 2x per week, and AM Cardio sessions to start the day anabolic. I'm tracking my macros and making gains!

Good luck. I started on March 31 after a year and one half off. You can check my approach as my page on MFP is public. I do 3 days a week full body lifting. Compound movements like deadlifts, rack pulls, overhead press, pullups, bench press, rows. I do a daily conditioning routine like circuit training for 30 minutes,,,and like a lot of people on here I bought a scale and I am weighing my food.0

Sounds a lot like what I'm trying to do! I am doing the 5 big lifts (bench, squats, deadlifts, pulls, overhead) and accessory work (curls, lateral raises, etc). Been feeling great so far! Hope to make some serious gains.0
