I was usually on a 1400-1500 calorie a day before but I did lost weight but only two pounds in a month? Im 4 feet and 11 inches tall.. so any tips on that?

Right now am on 10 minute workout a day using stationary bike or brisk walking... and Im 138 lbs.... My bmr says 1307 calorie needed for energy blah blah.. But Im on 1200 calorie a day since last week coz I know thats the minumum and healthy way to lose off pounds... Today Im over 165 on my calorie intake.. oh well tomorrow is another day so I prefer today is my cheat day so Im over calories lol...

In the nicest possible way hun it sounds like you need to up your exercise. 30 mins a day would be much better... even if you only managed it 4 times a week.

10 mins isn't really enough to get your heart up and your calories burning.

If you want to speed up your weightloss your best bet would be to up your exercise (not cut your food intake!!) :)

Also, it's worth remembering that any progress is progress! 2 pounds in a month isn't a bad loss

there are times that I do exercise for 1hour two hours or thirty mins..(I just started off exercising last week. Last month I only do simple yoga poses so I guess thats the reason the weight's not coming off fast)

Last mth before I lost 2lbs I was a couch potato. lol..

Now I realized when no exercise, the lbs will come off but it will take a month..

So now.. Im maintaning exercise habits..

    Habits lasts than motivation, right..

    Good day to you!:)
