Does anyone have a good recipe for black bean "burgers" or for black bean fudge?

Black beans - mashed into a paste; add an egg (optional - you have to add more flour to offset the goopiness, but it all holds together a little nicer), diced onion, cilantro, cumin, garlic, salt, cayenne pepper, and mix, start adding flour or bread crumbs until it's something you can handle without being too sloppy. Cook on the range with a little bit of oil. I serve them with aioli.

I love these Spicy Black Bean Burgers with Chipotle Mayo. They freeze really well too to make a full batch and keep the rest for other days.
