water weight

I have lost 12.2 lbs in 4 weeks by eating clean and moderately exercise. I was wondering if there was a way to figure out how much is water weight or if someone could take an educated guess? THANKS

I can tell if what I've lost is water weight just by weighing myself after I've eaten not so great for a few days. If all (or a lot of) my recent weight loss has magically come back, then I had only seen a loss in water weight. If I maintain or only go up a few decimal points, then it was most likely fat loss. That's not a scientific approach, but it's just what I have learned through experience on my journey0
