Hungry

Day one and I am ravenous! The thing is...I have eaten 2,200 calories today :( I have walked 10kms and I did a Body Attack class at the gym so I have done a fair amount of exercise, but I am sooo hungry :(

Would love some motivational friends like me :) I am 28, looking to lose about 20lbs...have gained a little bit of weight since starting work in an office and need to get back on top of things :)

    What foods have you been eating? If you open up your diary I can make some suggestions. :) I also added you, I could always use more friends!

    accepted you so you can see my diary now :) try to eat a variety of food...definitely do not sit around eating empty calories all day, think i eat pretty healthily...:S just had some toast as i knew i would not be able to sleep so hungry
