Where to start!

hello :)
I've been working on gaining a little weight and muscle, but with the food side of things I'm not sure where to start!
I can't really take dairy or gluten, so any suggestions and tips would be greatly appreciated!

    Work out your TDEE and start there. If you don't maintain, adjust till you do. Then start increasing cals, gradually, till you get the weight gain you're after, using foods you enjoy and can tolerate.
