Need help on 30days Shred

I am with MFP for last 30 days and lost around 20lbs. Another 30lbs to go !!

I wish to know more about 30 days shred. How does it work ? Any links in Youtube or DVDs ? and does it tell you to go day by day and each day will have different exercise pattern.

    It is available on YouTube. I just type Jillian michaels 30 into the search bar and it comes up. There are 3 levels and you do each level for 10 days. Some people take rest days every few days, some don't. I was doing program and taking rest days. I hurt my knee (while bending over to pick up a gallon of water) and the pain was intense, like when my meniscus was torn, so I'm resting until my knee feels better. I did it for 10 days and I can see a big difference, in the mirror and in my endurance.

    It's on YouTube for free, basically what the lady above me said! Lots of people have had success with it. You might wanna check out the 'success stories' forum.

    I just started and I like it. You might want to do it on top of a regular exercise routine as it is only 20 minutes.
    All you need is a set of hand weights.
    You can access it off youtube, but I bought it for like $7 at Walmart.

    you will like it. There are 3 levels. each level is 3 circuits....strength, cardio abs. 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. you do 10 days at each level, so technically, you are doing it longer than 30days.
