I have been freezer cooking for 7 years and it's the best thing I've ever done. I make soups, chili, stew and freeze in portions, I make burritos, quiche/frittatas, mini meatloaves, pot pies, chicken/veggie nuggets, turkey/veggie meatballs, stuffed peppers, all kinds of burgers, casseroles (cut then freeze into portions), sauces, etc.

I don't think my family could eat healthily on a daily basis if I didn't. Every weekend I just make a few dishes, divvy them into portions or flash freeze, then I can just pull meals all week, or cook if I feel like it.

It also eliminates the need to eat things quickly, so they don't go bad. If I feel like something instead of what I have planned, it will still be good in my freezer for months.
