New to this

Weighed the same now just under 13 stone even tho I'm active, is it possible my calorie deficit is to big and is the reason for not loosing weight I tend to eat 1 meal a day and go gym 4 times a week each session burning over 1100 calories mainly cardio

  • ive just started this and weighted 13..2 and went over my 1300 calerios,but been to gym twicelast week and this says ive not lost any weight but house scales says ive lost 2lbs,,,,but he hoy just got to keep going andhope for the best....
