I'm really interested in seeing the results of some bulking or recomp journeys. Pics and programs would be great!

Thanks blankie! I actually spend most of my time in the Gaining Weight forum, so I've seen that one. Not a ton of success stories there though. Any others?

I'm sitting at 197 lbs now (see profile pic). Was 184 last summer. I have been eating maintenance at 200 lbs since March and just recently started a cut...will not go lower than 190 lbs but have a lot more muscle mass.

^^ Great stuff! BTW, I saw that you are providing training now. Hows that going for you?

I'm one of that endangered species called recompers!

My program is generally 3 x weight sessions per week (custom program to cater for my goals and old injuries) and 3 sessions of "cardio". Mostly cycling based or targeted towards my cycling goals. Cardio training currently focussed on a 205km cycling event in June.

Results are getting back to very close to lifetime bests for strength and setting PBs for cycling distance and speed.
Plus those hard to quantify aspects of being healthy and feeling great.

6 months of bulking over the winter the months, results:

    • 03-19-2015: 206 lbs, 14.10% bf
    • 02-12-2015: 204 lbs, 13.90% bf
    • 12-18-2014: 200 lbs, 11.10% bf
    • 11-23-2014: 196 lbs, 10.20% bf (SW)

Roughly half LBM to BF for the 10 lbs I gained and for a 43 year old man.

Pretty good brotha. Stalk me here and browse my public photos to see my recognition posts of customer/client success stories:

Totally slipped into this by accident....had a huge transformation going from 220 lbs to 185 lbs back in 2012.

Yeah, I came across one of your clients in the Success Stories thread and briefly hopped over to your site. We'll have to chat about that in the future.

In to see recomp success. Also hoping to see if anyone can share what program they are doing for it.
