I do great on my diet during the work week. I stay well underneath my calorie goal, drink PLENTY of water, do plenty of walking... Once the weekend hits though it is like I loose all self control! I have only lost 1 lb in over a month and a half and am beginning to feel discouraged. What are some ways you guys stay motivated in the weekends to keep your diet up and stay active?

I was the same but i realised i want this so much, this weekend just passed, i ate out once and i factored that poorly nutritious meal into my calories so i didnt feel bad

My step counter motivates me to stay active, last night i had 400 steps to hit my 10k so i walked up and down the stairs lol

Remember the reasons you want this, plan your days out and use any spare moment you can, i around the play area and did sit ups while my daughter played at the park the other day ;) just do as much as you can when you can

The weekends are tough for me, the harsh reality is if we dont stay within in our calorie limits we will NOT make any progress. Exercise is great but I can blow an hour at the gym in 5 minutes at the dinner table !

It's definitely the hardest time! I want to spend time with my family when I'm off and I seem to associate food with family time. Doesn't help that my husband and kids refuse to eat healthy with me...
