Just started this app two weeks ago and let me tell you I never though I was eating so much calories until I started adding it in. A trip to buffalo wild wings would be 2500 calories by itself. Lol

So after two weeks I'm down 10 pounds and still counting. I'm very active so I easily burn calories as I intake them. Just now I only take in 1700-2000 a day now.

I was 220 and my goal is 190 and right now I'm at 210. So month or so more I should be right where I'm want to be.

For those who think it's imppsible well it is
