I'm a newbie over 50

Looking to get healthy through eating better and exercise. Need to loose 40 lbs and I'm just not good at this weight loss thing!!! Not sure how this all works but willing to try it.

    Join the club....it gets harder as you get older and you get lazy, Well, that is my excuse.

    Over 50 here too...just start tracking your food and you will quickly get an idea of what is "worth it" calorie wise and what is just not. plan healthy meals and you will do just fine!

    I'm over fifty! Log your food here and you will learn what you can and cannot eat. It's a life thing and not a diet. You will fail but the trick is to not stop.
