I've had great success over the past several months with MFP helping watch caloric intake. When I started I was at 275. I'm now down to 235. In the process of trying to get back in to the workout regiment again. Looking to add friends or groups that are similar to where I'm at. My goal is to drop 60 more pounds. Add me up if you fit into that group. Or even if you don't. Always looking for advice and success stories.
