I think we are all on this site for the same reason, to try to get a better sense of how we can achieve our diet\excercise goals. I think having a tracker really puts things in prespective and knowing that other people out there are setting goals and trying to motivates me. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week but I don't interact with people there because I'm there to workout not have social hour. I love helping people out with meal ideas, diet plans and excecise so if you have any questions I'd be glad to try to help you. there are so many websites out there and so many different ways to achieve your goals so keep on trying and you will find a program you like to do.
