POST-WORKOUT Nutrition??????

This question is more geared towards the people who are building muscle/strength... but anyone can chime in with their two cents.
Do you believe in Post workout nutrition? YAY OR NAY?
What difference has it made for you and what exactly do you have? I.e high carbs/ fats/.
Have you tried having a post workout meal versus not having a post workout meal.. was there any difference in muscle building or strength?
1.) if you DO have a post work out meal.. WHY?
2.) if you DON'T have a post workout meal.. WHY?

I didn't have a post workout meal before, but ever since I've been having more intense workouts. I find myself wanting to eat something after.. but I don't know if it's just psychological.

i dont, because i generally i workout after work, before tea. so i am getting a large meal within an hour of my workout.
if you have a good balance of macros throughout the day i dont think you HAVE to have anything post workout, unless you are hungry and want something before your next meal.0
