I'm BACK

Well, as the heading states, I'm back at it again. I have been very bad with my eating and lack of exercise and have gained back all the weight I worked so hard to get off. I will be logging in multiple times daily and hopefully I will put my health first, making this a lifestyle change this time around, not another "diet". I know this program will work, as it has in the past, I just need to FOCUS! Best wishes to all the new members, restarting members and long-standing members! The fist step has been taken, now I just need to keep following this path to achieve the goal!
