And disappointed that I haven't lost more weight!

    Well a 300 day streak would be great going, so on the positive side you have stuck with it. no idea if your ticker is up to date, but if you wanted to lose more, then work out why the weight loss hasnt been as great as you wanted.

    Considering the effort put in and deficit created, is it a reasonable expectation for you to have lost more than you have i.e did the numbers add up?

    In virtually all cases people who arent losing or have not lost as much as they expected have found out the issue is eating more and burning lss than they thought. It normally goes down to effort in and inaccurate logging. Look there first, weight your food and log it. You will only lose weight if you have been creating consistent deficits. Its not weight loss thats been the cause but you not sticking to the basics and logging accurately. The good thing is its an area easily sorted. good luck.
