Food weighing question

sorry if this sounds a bit thick, but when cooking anything from frozen, do I weight frozen or once it's cooked?

    raw and not frozen barring that...cooked...but make sure it's logged as cooked....

    Agreed. The biggest discrepency I can think of is with frozen chicken- shrinks like crazy when cooked. Use the 3oz cooked weight as your portion size.

    With frozen veggies it doesn't really matter +/- 5 calories maybe with differing portion sizes, lol, so I combine frozen and cooked weights.

    Fish has gotta be raw because that is the standard and it shrinks like crazeeee.

    DO NOT JUST USE THE 3 oz cooked weight for logging your chicken intake. That's ridiculous. What if your actually eating 12oz?!

    Weigh raw whenever possible. Cooked of that is impossible.
