30-day challenge question

Hi Everyone,

This is my first time doing a 30-day challenge and I'm starting a butt challenge. The site doesn't give me much info so I have no idea how many sets I'm supposed to do. The reps go up every couple of days, but I don't know if I'm only supposed to do one set or 3 sets.
