A little depressed

So last week wasn't a very good one for me. Fitness-wise I met all my goals but, I just overage too much and had lots of pizza. But I woke up this morning feeling really defeated. I didn't weigh myself because I was too afraid and I was rushing to get out the door. Part of me is just sad I guess because my junior year of college is almost over and I'm torn between being excited it's over and sad I won't see my friends for a while. The weather's pretty dreary too. I don't know I'm in a funk right now and I don't know how to get out. Any advice? These forums actually make me feel a lot better

i read a piece of advice the other day ( i suffer from depression) and the snippit said: Depression lies
I thought that was pretty awesome, i never thought of depression that way before, but its very true.

Also, this might also make you smile, today I ate nearly a whole loaf of ekmek turkish bread thinking the calories wont be so high...... it turned out to be nearly 600 calories.... wtf?? lol so i logged it and sat here smoking and contemplating how rice seems like a better future alternative right now
