I've lost 28 pounds since December; I have 31 more to reach my goal. I had trouble initially; I couldn't lose weight no matter how little I ate or how much I exercised. Then I read "The Mediterranean Zone" by Barry Sears, PhD and got the whole story on insulin resistance and cellular inflammation. Long story short, this book has changed my life. Not just a diet, a method not only to lose weight but also to age well while maintaining optimum health and lifestyle. I highly recommend this book.
