Hey!
Looking for some support/accountability/motivation friends who have similar goals. I'm 32 looking to lose between 25-30 pounds.
I am pretty active but I also like to go out to eat and have cocktails with friends. The weekends are my hardest part. I have started an insanity/combat hybrid for workouts but I also go to gym on certain days.
Years ago I had huge success with weightloss doing weight watchers. Now it seems harder than ever. I need to log and be accountable for my meals and exercise.
Anyone else want to do weekly weigh-ins and daily check ins and motivation? Add me
